The Ultimate Post 1970s Addis Army Knock-out Competition Semi Finals - by Tremers

Thank you to everyone who sent in their votes for the Ultimate Post 1970s Addis Army Knock out competition! Judging by the number of votes, it’s obvious many of you do indeed have a lot of spare time on your hands!!

So, it’s semi-final time. From your votes we have our group winners, who are Durham, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Surrey.

As a reminder to people this is the criteria I used to select the line-ups:

1. I had to have seen them play
2. They must be qualified to play for England
3. They must have had played more than a handful of games for the county
4. Players can play for more than one county

The draw for the semi-finals has been made and what we need from you this month is to email in with who you believe would win these semi-finals. The votes will be counted and we’ll announce the competition’s two finalists next month, for you to determine the Ultimate Post 1970s County side!

Email us your chosen two counties to addisarmycricket@hotmail.co.uk
